In this blog, we will explore the concept of energy levels which is inspired from Dr David Hawkins book-The Map of  Counsciousness  and   how  they can impact our emotions, behavior, and overall well-being.

levels of consciousness

1.Death :- (Energy level :0)

Ultimate truth. (from the perspective of the body, but not for the soul)

2.Shame :- (Energy level :20)

If a person stays in this stage for too long, suicidal thoughts start creeping in. It kills every good   thing inside him/her.  If a child is made to  feel  ashamed since childhood, he/she can become an offender in the future. Therefore,no one should be made to feel ashamed, especially immature ones.

3.Guilt :-(Energy level :30)

People who have committed serious crimes like terrorism, serial killing, and other crimes may experience guilt. They may find it  challenging to find peace and may turn to drugs or other addictive substances to forget their actions.

4.Apathy :-(Energy level :50)

Homeless people, beggars, and thieves may experience apathy, which is characterized by a lack of motivation and a sense of giving up. These individuals may benefit from help, support, and resources to improve their lives.

5.Grief :-(Energy level :75)

Grief is a stage of consciousness that an individual may experience after a significant loss, such as the loss of a loved one. When someone experiences grief for an extended period, they may fall into a state of depression.

6.Fear :-(Energy level :100)

Fear is another level of consciousness that can significantly impact an individual's behavior and emotions. When someone experiences fear, they may feel like they are constantly in danger, leading to feelings of worry and anxiety.

7.Desire :-(Energy level :125)

The urge to attain something. People feel that material or physical pleasure is deeper than the essence of life. However, desire is never fully satisfied, leading to disappointment, anger, and frustration.

8.Anger :-(Energy level :150)

This is a volatile zone where destructive action is more prevalent, and the ability to use reasoning decreases. Those who are able to control their anger are able to move to the next energy level.

9.Pride :-(Energy level :175)

Feeling of power is associated with this energy level. People want to feel important and significant, but the problem is that this feeling is based on external achievements, which can disappear at any moment. At this level, a person sees themselves as superior and others as inferior.

10.Courage :-(Energy level :200)

This energy level uplifts a person, reduces the chance of falling down, as humans learn from their mistakes. At this level, a person experiences less fear, complains less and has less arrogance. They become more productive, gain patience and strength. Here, the person has desires but focuses on doing something to achieve them rather than just wanting to possess them.

11.Neutrality :-(Energy level :250)

It's about understanding many aspects of life and letting go of labeling things as good or bad, success or failure. It's where the journey towards inner peace begins, and one becomes non-judgmental and begins to understand the energy levels of others.

12.Willingness :-(Energy level :300)

It is filled with positivity, not troubled by difficulties, solution-oriented, opposite of resistance. Good students and entrepreneurs reside in this level zone. People in this state are always ready to learn and grow, they have a "can-do" attitude towards life, and they do not get bogged down by setbacks.

13.Acceptance :-(Energy level :350)

It is the state of mind where a person learns to accept things as they are, without any resistance or judgement. It is the opposite of pride and brings humility to an individual. Acceptance leads to a change in one's thought process, and one becomes more self-disciplined. In a society where people practice acceptance, they start helping others rather than just seeking help for themselves.

14.Reason :-(Energy level :400)

Nobel Prize-winning scientists operate at this level, with the ability to quickly and logically deduce. However, the mind cannot go beyond the realm of concepts, and without concepts, it cannot function. Only a few people are able to reach higher energy levels from this point. For that one need to have extreme devotion towords God.

15.Love :-(Energy level :500)

Love is not the same as the term used commonly. It is an intense feeling that persists even when external circumstances change. Examples include devotion, service, and bhakti. Being around such people brings peace to the mind.

16.Joy :-(Energy level :550)

It  is the energy level that is above love, where one experiences unconditional, inner joy all the time. This state of being does not happen suddenly, but gradually increases. All spiritual saints reside at this level, where there is immense patience and love. At this level, individual will merges with universal will and there is no personal desire left. In this state, a person lives for the benefit of others.

17.Param shanti :-(Energy level :600)

The state where the self is annihilated, and the observer and observed become one, in pure consciousness. In this state, the individual disappears, becoming one with the universe.

18.Enlightenment :-(Energy level :700-1000)

It is the ultimate energy level that is distinct from the state of pure consciousness. It is characterized by the profound impact it has on individuals, and the words spoken by those who have attained it resonate for thousands of years. Examples of individuals who have attained enlightenment included Swami Vivekananda,Mahavira Swami, Gautam Buddha, Guru Nanak  and others. It is a state of heightened awareness and deep understanding of the true nature of reality, beyond the limitations of the ego and the material world.

By practicing mindfulness and raising our consciousness levels, we can become more self-aware and experience higher levels of spiritual awareness. This personal development journey involves a deep understanding of the different levels of consciousness, and how they impact our vibrational energy. By focusing on this awareness, we can gradually elevate our consciousness to a higher level, which can have profound benefits for our overall well-being. Overall, by prioritizing our consciousness levels, we can lead a more fulfilling life with a deeper understanding of our own personal development.

As Above mention  verse  of Bhagavad Gita emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and self-improvement, which are crucial steps towards attaining higher levels of consciousness. It also highlights the concept of the self being both a friend and an enemy, depending on how one chooses to nurture or neglect it.
